Our Partners

In the U.S., Bayer partners with leading organizations to ensure broad outreach to talent such as MANRRS, Out and Equal, oStem, Catalyst, Society of Women Engineers, Healthcare Businesswomen Association and LAGRANT Foundation, and supports universities including University of Missouri, Penn State and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) such as Howard University and Tennessee State University, so that all talent have equal access to opportunities.

For several years, Bayer has brought important conversations around health equity to life at the Congressional Black Caucus and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institutes leadership conferences in Washington, D.C. Bayer hosted health screening events, fireside chats and panel discussions on topics including advancing equity in food and agriculture policy, the prevalence of kidney disease and the impacts of allergies, while discussing how to increase access to self-care medications and healthcare among all Americans.

Supporting Our Communities

Bayer supports youth in rural and urban communities with the resources, experience, and education they need to pursue careers in agriculture. We’re proud to work with time-honored organizations like 4-H and the National FFA Organization and participate in forums and grants to open new doors for youth.

Bayer and FFA work to support agricultural communities by providing grants, educational programs and real-world experiences to youth in agriculture. Our partnership with 4-H equips future generations to support farming through community building projects for youth in agriculture and hands-on opportunities to learn and innovate.

We do this by developing programs and making strategic investments in qualified non-profit organizations tackling big – or local – challenges. Bayer fund focuses on:

Food & Nutrition — From supplying food directly, to providing education and resources that help improve nutrition, reduce obesity and support families.
Health & Wellness — We support charitable organizations offering services and programs designed to support patients and their families in the fight against cancer and cardiovascular disease

Explore Business Resource Groups

We strive to cultivate an inclusive workplace where everyone can be their best selves every day and thrive. Bayer’s nine Business Resource Groups (BRGs) in the U.S. are voluntary, company-sponsored groups of employees who work together to promote cultural awareness and provide a multidimensional lens that helps us better engage with our customers and the communities we serve. BRGs are open to all employees and encourage participation regardless of background. They provide a multitude of perspectives, awareness and education, offer professional career development, networking and mentoring and help with the attraction, recruitment and retention of all talent.
